Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 7, 2026

This policy covers the Isle app and islenotch.com, run by APPLU DIGITAL LTDA. Contact: contato@pedromamare.com.

The app is local-first

Isle collects no analytics and has no account. Your music, calendar, reminders, clipboard, notes, Shelf files, screenshots and AI sessions are read and stored on your Mac and never sent to us.

When the app goes online

• Weather and song lyrics: requests go to the weather and lyrics providers when those modules are on.
• AI usage: for the AI accounts you turn on, Isle asks each provider for your usage, directly from your Mac.
• Speed test and Imgur uploads: only when you ask for them.
• Updates: Isle checks for new versions.
• License: see below.

The license server

To activate and check your license, our license server stores your email, your license key, a hash of a device identifier (not the identifier itself) and your Mac’s name, so you can see and manage up to 3 activated Macs. We keep this while your license exists, and delete it on request.

Payments and email

• Paddle processes payments as merchant of record and handles your billing details under its own privacy policy. We never see your card number.
• Resend sends the email with your license key.

This website

islenotch.com uses no cookies and no analytics. It is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard request logs. The checkout page loads Paddle.js, and the download page asks GitHub for the latest release.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to the address above. If you are in Brazil (LGPD), the EU or the UK (GDPR), you also have the rights those laws give you, including complaining to your data protection authority.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
