Terms of Sale and Use

These terms apply to Isle, a macOS app made and owned by APPLU DIGITAL LTDA (“we”, “us”). Contact: contato@pedromamare.com.

Who sells Isle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your purchase is also subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms.

The license

• A one-time payment of US$ 14.99 (plus any taxes calculated at checkout) gives you a personal license to use Isle on up to 3 Macs at once.
• The license is not a subscription. You can deactivate a Mac in Isle’s settings to use the license on another one.
• You may not resell, share publicly or redistribute license keys, or try to get around the license check.

Free trial

Isle works with every feature for 3 days after it is first opened, with no payment. After the trial, a license key is needed to keep using it.

Refunds

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. See the refund policy. A refunded license is deactivated.

Updates and support

We may release updates that fix problems or add features. Isle requires macOS 26 or later. Support is by email at the address above.

Third-party services

Some modules talk to services you choose to use, such as weather, song lyrics, AI providers and Imgur. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

Warranty and liability

Isle is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be announced on this site.
